What are your hours?

Tue-Fri 7:30-6:00 and Sat. 8-5

What time does my dog have to be in by?

We like to try to get everyone in by 11:00. If you are going to be later please call and let us know.

How long will my dog have to stay?

We operate on first in first out if you want out early please be in early.

Is tipping required?

Absolutely not! Your dog will get the same level of love and care either way. However, it is like a beautician or barber business and tips are always appreciated.

How often should I bring my dog in?

That varies from dog to dog. Some dogs get matted or messy faster than others. Some dogs come in every week to two weeks for a freshening up bath and brush. However, all dogs should have their nails and anal glands done once a month.

Do you take walk ins?

We can often work you in on the same day. However, we do need you to call in and make sure we have room. Especially during the holidays.

What if I am not happy for some reason?

Customer satisfaction is our goal. Please let us know and we will fix whatever is wrong. Communication is a very important key.

My dog is hard to handle do you drug the dogs?

NO!! If your dog needs to be sedated you will have to get that from your vet.

Do you require shot records?

No the law does not require us to have them. The only one that is at risk is the one that is not vaccinated. So it is the owner’s responsibility to keep up with vaccinations.

How old should my puppy be when I bring them in for the first time?

It is always best to start grooming and bathing as early as possible. We do them as young as 4 weeks of age.
